Ranjith lives by the mantra “thrive by helping others thrive.” He desires to transform the corporate world into a space that exudes a sense of belonging by pointing leaders back to the basics. Born to missionary parents in India, Ranjith immigrated to the US in 2010 and considers it a blessing to be a husband and a father. His online devotional ‘The Second Shout’ and his band ‘Miles Apart’ are humble attempts at exercising stewardship. 

An engineer by qualification, Ranjith has been in the pharmaceutical regulatory domain for 15 years. He has been in a variety of leadership roles and has a passion for people. He volunteers his time serving on the Church band and being a trustee of a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing education to kids in certain impoverished communities.
